Heat wave continues hence a few more tips from Shraddha Hospital.

As the heatwave is still continuing drinking enough water is important and keeping oneself hydrated especially when exercising, sometimes heart rate increases as the body has to work more. 

Skin produces sweat which helps in cooling the skin through evaporation.  Hence it is important to wear loose light clothes, avoid going out between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m

Shraddha Polyclinic and Nursing Home wishes good luck to all the students giving exams Offline as well as Online post pandemic. The transition from Online to Offline studies after a break of 2 years is improving challenging for the students.  Keeping in mind the next possibility of COVID wave it is advisable that they keep taking precautions.

Though lot of restrictions have been lifted we still need to be precautious by wearing mask in heavily crowded places and washing hands regularly.

Autism acceptance Month April 2022

April 2 nd is an internationally recognised day every year in order to raise awareness about people
with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The theme this year is ‘Inclusion in the workplace’. It aims to
celebrate and promote acceptance for the condition.

WORLD TUBERCULOSIS DAY

24 TH March, 2022 is World Tuberculosis Day. Shraddha Polyclinic and
Nursing Home supports the cause of Tuberculosis and also has tie up
with Alert India Initiative. (A Govt. Organisation).
The day is commemorated so as to spread awareness about the
disease and early diagnosis and treatment for the same.
During last two years of Covid-19 pandemic with unilateral focus on
Covid, a large Tuberculosis cases have not been diagnosed and treated.
Let us join hands and work towards reducing Tuberculosis burden by
early diagnosis and adequate treatment.
