Summer is that time of the year where the heat and sweat makes us very uncomfortable and tired. Heat exhaustion and heat strokes are common in this season. Few tips to stay cool this summer
- Wear loose cotton clothes.
- Protect with caps, sunshades and umbrella while moving outside.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day even though we are not thirsty to keep ourselves hydrated
- Consume juicy fruits and vegetables in good amount
- Avoid exercise and outdoor activities in the heat.
- Use cooler times of the day for routine exercises
- Get adequate rest.
