Equipped New Ambulance

Shraddha Polyclinic and Nursing Home has equipped itself with a new Ambulance. The Ambulance is an addition to the infrastructure of Shraddha Hospital to provide quality care to the patients. The Ambulance services are free for its Indoor patients for pick up and drop in Mulund.

World Diabetes Day

Led by the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), each World Diabetes Day focuses on a theme related to diabetes; The theme for diabetes awareness month and World Diabetes Day 2019 is Family and Diabetes. International Diabetes Federation (IDF) is raising awareness of the impact that diabetes has on the family and support network of those affected, and promoting the role of the family in the management, care, prevention and education of diabetes. SHRADDHA POLYCLINIC AND NURSING HOME is now NABH Accreditated

Since its inception, Shraddha Polyclinic and Nursing Home has strived to be one of the institutions in which PATIENT CARE and SATISFACTION is of utmost importance. SHRADDHA POLYCLINIC AND NURSING HOME is now NABH Accreditated – Entry Level and has well equipped 10 beded ICU. Our ICU is equipped with DIALYSIS MACHINE, VENTILATORS, Monitors and round the clock experienced and trained RMO s and sisters. In the current situation of high number of dengue patients which is seen in the local population. We have geared ourselves upto offer them the best medical care and supportive care required. Also giving knowledge to patients and their relatives regarding dengue and its containment. DR. SANJAY B. SHAH, our Principal Physician is available round the clock and takes care of all medical cases as well as critically ill patients in our 10 bedded ICU. ALERT INDIA PPSA PROJECT

As an ongoing process in SHRADDHA POLYCLINIC AND NURSING HOME, CME was conducted on the 15th of September, 2019. Dr. Sanjay Shah and Dr. Mahesh Thakkar gave insight into TUBERCULOSIS and its treatment. Shraddha Hospital is associated with ALERT INDIA PPSA PROJECT, a Government of India Initiative to help in the control of TB. Through this initial X-Ray, Blood test are done free of cost for TB patients. Apart from that, the GENE XPERT test is made available to those patients enrolled in TB Programme FREE of cost, so as to confirm diagnosis and provide adequate treatment. Also, medicine for 6 months are provided free to help in treatment of patients suffering from TB, thus helping to control the disease burden.

Kayakalp

In it’s constant endeavour to provide quality & safe services to the patient Shraddha Polyclinic & Nursing Home has taken one step ahead. Shraddha Polyclinic & Nursing Home has enrolled itself under "Kayakalp" which is an initiative by the Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare. The performance of Shraddha Polyclinic & Nursing Home was judged based on following parameters - sanitation and hygiene, infection control, hospital upkeep, waste management, community participation assessment The main objective behind taking this initiative is to promote cleanliness, hygiene and infection control practices in the facility ; to inculcate a culture of ongoing assessment and peer review of performance related to hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation, to create and share sustainable practices related to improved cleanliness in the hospital which linked to positive health outcomes.
