Monsoon precautions

MONSOON PRECAUTIONS

Monsoon has arrived  and its time to take precautionary steps to prevent illnesses. Dysentry, Typhoid, Hepatitis A, Jaundice, Skin allergies and infection are caused in this season.

Its important to carry umbrella or wear raincoat to cover oneself to prevent getting wet.  If you get wet while coming back home, dry yourself and stay warm.

Clean water is an important part to stay away from diseases.  Boil water and drink. Also take care that water does not get stagnant in your house and surroundings as this causes mosquitoes to come which in turn causes malaria and dengue. Use mosquito repellents.

Avoid eating junk and outside food.   Eat healthy and homemade food to keep oneself healthy.  Wash raw fruits and vegetables.
